REFUND POLICY

We stand behind all of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. All purchases made from The Ligon Brothers, The Ligon Group, llc. aka LIGON U / LIGON U Real Estate (here on referred to as LIGON U) - (including all related website properties, sales over the phone, and live event on-site purchases) are covered by the following policies.

General

Offers/Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with each other unless otherwise stated. Coupons are only valid during the advertised promotion period. Prices are subject to change without notice. Gift Cards are non-refundable.

LIGON U Real Estate Trainging(s)

You will receive access to the LIGON U training platform for the amount of time that was stated on the product description you purchased. If you have any problems accessing the digital content you have purchased please contact our Customer Support Department immediately at (855) 733-2897 during the hours of 9 AM – 6 PM EST, Monday through Friday, so we can resolve the issue. Purchase of a LIGON U training module does not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in any way.

LIGON U Real Estate Training is a gained knowledge based training. Once a student has consumed the training, there is no way to retrieve the knowledge that the student has learned. The information is now transferred to them and is irretrievable.  Please review our refund policy for training modules below:

OUR REFUND POLICY IS VALID FOR 30 DAYS AFTER YOUR PURCHASE.  THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE AFTER 30 DAYS. 

 

Course(s)

Completing, 0% to 50% of a course will result in a Full Refund of the Total Price of the Course.

Completing, 50%-75% of a course will result in a 50% Refund of the Total Price of the Course.

Completing, 75%-100% of a course will result in No Refund. If you consume over 75% of the information taught, you've learned the majority of the teachings and gained knowledge that you can implement. 

Bundles(s)

Course Bundles consist of course(s), digital downloads, partial courses, books, etc.

Because bundles are typically discounted and there various types of learning material, we base the refund on the competition of the overall course material.

Completing, 0% to 50% of the total bundle will result in a Full Refund of the Total Price of the Course.

Completing, 50%-75% of the total bundle will result in a 50% Refund of the Total Price of the Course.

Completing, 75%-100% of the total bundle will result in No Refund. If you consume over 75% of the information taught, you've learned the majority of the teachings and gained knowledge that you can implement.

If a bundle consist solely of digital products, there is No Refund.

Special Offers & Special Discounts

If You have received a Special Offer for a Course or Product, that Offer may have a No Refund Policy of it's own. Please review the terms and conditions of each purchase to insure you fully understand the purchase and refund policies for that product. Occasionally a Special will be offered that will have it's own refund policy as well as its own terms and conditions. 

Digital Downloads

All digital and downloadable product sales are final. We do not offer digital product refunds, once a download/digital access has been assigned to you there is nothing we can retrieve back.

Digital product purchases do not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in any way.

Payment Plans

If a product or service is purchased utilizing a monthly payment plan the customer is responsible for 100% of agreed-upon payments equaling the original purchase price of the product. If any payments are not received, the entire purchase is void and the payments made up to that point are forfeited to LIGON U and will not be refunded. Access to any digital product or platform will be removed.

If you have subscribed to the individual month-to-month LIGON U Training Access program, to cancel your subscription please contact us at (855) 733-2897 or email [email protected] Please be advised, that the cancellation of the monthly subscription is effective in the month in which you have canceled. There are no refunds regardless of usage of the product.
